The RadoMeter 2000 unit is an advanced automatic microscope with a dedicated software to analyze CR-39 detectors. It consists of a microscope and a controller computer. The microscope is developed in our company and it employs high-precision mechanics as well as high-end optics to achieve maximum track evaluation performance and accuracy.
The computer is built on a Pentium4 PC, but contains custom-made components to enable communication between the computer and the microscope.
Both the detector analysis software and the database engine run under a Linux operating system.
